How you connect your bot

1. Create your workspaceRequest a conversation about your bot. After speaking with our team, use your personal invitation to register. Then enable two-factor authentication and create a collector key in Settings. Keep the key in your backend's secret storage.
2. Connect your botFor a Node.js 22+ backend, your developer adds the collector, configures its endpoint and credentials, and records order intents, responses and trade updates. This requires a code integration; pasting a wallet alone is not enough.
3. Confirm the connectionSend an event from the connected bot, then select Check connection. PolyOps confirms receipt of a collector event and checks that its processing worker is active.
4. Investigate with evidenceReview detected cases, inspect the event timeline and export an evidence bundle. Add an optional webhook to send incident notifications to your tools.

See the problem behind the status

A trade can be reported as matched and later fail. PolyOps compares the recorded events and opens a case when a detection rule is triggered. The case explains what happened, what was verified and what to check next.

Other demo scenarios cover an incomplete fill reported as complete and duplicate order intent. Findings depend on the events available; missing evidence is not proof that everything worked.

Your bot stays under your control

  • Only the collector runs in your environment. PolyOps analysis runs on our servers.
  • The collector sends allowlisted telemetry out. PolyOps cannot send trading commands back.
  • No wallet private keys or Polymarket trading credentials are sent to PolyOps. It never holds funds or places, changes or cancels orders.

30-day pilot · Invitation only

Bring your bot. Help validate PolyOps in the field.

We are inviting Polymarket bot operators to apply for 30 days of free access in exchange for feedback. We will contact you first to discuss your workflow. Selected testers then receive a personal invitation to register. The trial starts with the first accepted collector event. No automatic charges; continued access requires a manual extension or a separately agreed paid offer. Real customer integrations are the next validation step; this video demonstrates the synthetic workflow.
